A hotel in Fiji is paradise. But three hotels in Fiji all owned by the same company and eyeing similar guests and wanting to expand? Well, that’s a challenge. Working with Raffe Hotels, I did a strategic audit and strategic reposition of two of their hotels - Plantation Island Resort and Lomani Island Resort & Spa - then rolled out their first social campaign for each.

Since starting to implement my recommendations, both hotels have seen growth in their new, unique target audiences.
